An investigation has been launched following the death of Lee Starr who was assaulted whist at the Wanborough Motocross Event on Thursday 22^nd August 2024. Emergency services were called to The Stubble Field shortly after 9pm following reports that a man had been assaulted and sustained significant injuries. Lee was taken to hospital but sadly died as a result of injuries sustained in the assault. A male was arrested and has been charged however the Major Crime Investigation Team are appealing for further witnesses.
